Refund policy
We hope you’ll be delighted with your Lightmonger purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please read the following carefully.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-customised items.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in re-saleable condition.
- Bespoke, custom-made, or modified items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Lightmonger cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including bespoke items, custom finishes, and repair or restoration work.
Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Include your order number and a brief description of what exchange you would like.
We can often process these requests faster than a standard refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
