Shipping policy

We take great care in packing and dispatching every Lightmonger order to ensure it arrives safely and promptly.

Delivery Service

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Dispatch Times

Most in-stock items are dispatched on the same or within 1 working day(s).
Bespoke or made-to-order products may take longer — estimated lead times are shown on individual product pages.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Orders over £45 qualify for free UK delivery (excluding bespoke or oversized items).

International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship within the UK.
For international enquiries or trade orders, please contact us at hello@lightmonger.co.uk.

Delays and Responsibility

While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or external factors beyond our control.
Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of Royal Mail. We will, however, assist wherever possible in resolving any delivery issues.
