Shipping and Returns
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days). Most items ship within 2 working days, and currently all orders benefit from FREE UK delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, non-bespoke items in their original, unopened packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service. Refunds are processed within 1-5 working days once items are received and inspected.
